Running Movies
I started running in last Spring, 2011. It all started with my best friend who talks about running like a religion and eventually brainwashed me. After a few runs, I actually enjoyed it and caught the running bug. I started to talk like him and the next thing I know was that I have done a few races - Toronto 5K (Toronto, Sept 17, 2011 ), Grand Thanks Giving Half Marathon (Caledonia , Oct 8th, 2011) and Angus Glen Half Marathon (Markham, Nov 6th, 2011)
As a newbie not being trained enough on long distance, pain was inevitable for me after those Half Marathons but it was fun and interesting experiences. My everyday life was filled with chores and routines, now with running as part of my life, it adds a lot of sparks! There is always a personal best I can chase for in races. I felt greatly accomplished both mentally and physically, and always look forward to the next race.
